Science fair coordinator timeline

A timeline for research plans, forms, required Scientific Review Committee (SRC) or Institutional Review Board (IRB) review before experimentation, judging, awards, and post-fair deadlines.

Start the timeline early

Forms, required pre-experiment review, display and safety checks, judging, and awards all have dates. Put them on one calendar so they do not pile up.

The timeline shows what needs to happen and when. Whether a project complies is still the fair's call, not the spreadsheet's.
