Tournament packing checklist notes

Build a binder checklist for forms, devices, supplies, snacks, tools, shirts, and official requirements.

Separate packets by role

Binder pages, student materials, pit or build supplies, and helper notes are different checklists.

Split the export by handoff owner when that helps.

Use reminders instead of requirements

Different tournaments require different forms and materials.
